Making A Purchase |
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our product range, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Shipping And Handling |
Postage and packing is calculated according to the cumulative weight of the items on your order.
These rates are as follows:
Shipping to UK
0 - 1kg = £2.50
1.001 - 2kg = £4.50
2.001 - 3kg = £6.50
There after: £0.85 per kilo added to top.
Parcels over 3kg and upto 35kg will be delivered Parcel Force at a standard rate of £8.20
Postage & Packaging for addresses in Europe and the Rest of the World is calculated using International rate bands according to weight of the goods ordered. Please call us on +44 (0) 1268 733958 for exact figures. |

Delivery Schedule |

UK mainland customers should receive their order within 7 working days from date of payment. For Overseas orders please give our office a call and we will arrange delivery time schedule and costing for you. Your business is as important to us as the package that goes next door. |

Returns Policy |

Any goods returned within the 30 days home approval will receive a full refund, or replacement of the goods if requested. The cost of shipping back to us is the responsibility of the consumer but we will pay the shipping to resend a replacement back to the consumer. After this 30 day period has expired products will be replaced within the 1 year warranty. |
